there’s chickens oh my God a trump sign it’s like the Disneyland of country things what’s Smoking Dragons It’s Your Girl Kimmy tan and I’m about to be way out of my comfort zone I’ve always lived in big cities I was born in Singapore I grew up in Beijing then I moved to Boston for college then San Francisco New York and now LA but for the next few days I’m trading skyscrapers for open Skies and heading to North Carolina visiting my boyfriend’s Hometown I’m about to experience the south for the very first time Bas Pro sh diving into a

looking for a place to eat there’s no grocery I’m like the best option we have right now is going to sheets and like getting snacks all we’ve had to eat today is a sandwich we’re going to get snackies I considered that a fancy gas station have you seen the gas stations in La it’s like like the Hub where like meth heads and you know homeless people and you know criminals just come by and gather at night but no I did not feel like I was going to get killed at that gas station at night that’s that’s very
nice this Airbnb is so nice you guys and it’s so big and it’s got so much room and you know it’s got all these cool things I’m used to living in apartments and stuff where you know there’s someone living above you someone living below you you know a homeless guy screaming [ __ ] you in the middle of the night Sirens police car there’s none of that here there’s there was actually silence last night all you heard was cricket it was just so peaceful like I’ve never had such a peaceful sleep this right here is
like the little Outside Inside area so we can still chill out here there’s a fire pit there’s one of these egg chairs which I’ve always always wanted and there’s even a TV and a hot guy that came with the whole uh place I know isn’t that cool oh my gosh this is the biggest backyard I feel like ever I could have like 10 dogs here I don’t know what that is that kind of looks like it kind of reminds me of like the Shrek out housee oh it’s a shed I’ve never had a shed before this is the hot tub and at night
there’s these Pretty Lights it looks so much better in the day oh my God we couldn’t really see that much last night it looks like a giant cooler I’ve never seen a hot tub like that before it’s so cool oh my god look look is a volleyball court we can do the volleying of the balls this and this and this oh my God we got have a campfire can’t get over how much room there is out here you grew up like this what this is crazy this is so great oh my god look there’s trees I can scream okay maybe I probably shouldn’t

you know wow why you going to hide it but like braiding your hair so at this point we were both starving to the point of sharing one brain cell and so we just found the closest vegan place to us called Pure soul and oh my gosh I am still having dreams about the food I had here are you excited I am yes thank you have you had sweet tea before no oh first time for everything should have know what I was expecting I mean it’s literally in the name sweet tea but I was still like that is sweet this was some boba no no no no
you’re like this is basically Boba is yeah you see we we are not that different for Wow Let’s get into this food I got the two-piece chicken meal and it came with greens mac and cheese and some rice and my boyfriend got the pulled pork sandwich meal also came with some greens mac and cheese some chicken here’s him being a good YouTuber boyfriend and waiting for the camera to eat I already knew it was going to be good I mean we are in the South this is comfort food well I guess it’s just food here that was so good seeing as I had
nothing to eat but fries since I got here this was everything I needed and more I would have expected nothing less girl listen to this crunch I was a little nervous at first cuz I wasn’t sure how good the vegan food was going to be but oh my God if you look really closely you can see all the happy chemicals entering my body that North Carolina I’m like trying not to overreact on like La when you know bringing out a camera in a restaurant as normal so I’m trying to be like the you’re very mindful the Mac was creamy
the chicken was crispy it was just so flavorful the tea was sweet [ ] me up that was so [ ] good [ ] there’s a fly in here there’s a fly in here you guys want to do something too I didn’t even get to look bugs there’s bugs bugs and [ ] out here all this is the most country I’ve ever heard him sound oh my God what you talking about I don’t sound country at all man what you mean now girl oh my God you you sound like you were born on a tractor I was not born on a tractor I was born in a barn come on man a bar I already feel

football game my boyfriend took me to his old school with his friends and and the only thing on my mind was it’s just like the movie oh my God oh my God it was so cool seeing everything I had only seen in movies but that was nothing compared to what I was about to see next my boyfriend played college football for UNCC Chapel Hill one of the top colleges known for their Sports I mean maybe you recognize this guy I mean compared to my college experience it’s safe to say we’ve LED very different lives and up
till this point I didn’t really understand what a huge deal college football actually was are we currently in the town where you went to college like right nowood Street do you see this there is a store there there is a store there we’re about to pass another one right here is this not a cult what do you mean a cult is this this is the this is a c is town it’s not a cult what’s call she talking about a cult this campus was crazy and while we were walking around his friend just casually drops a piece of dark Lore

at any point ever even yesterday when we were at the football game I’m like oh okay I see where we were he was on the field and what what you’re like where’s the alternative kids where are the Emil kids like there’s n where are the alternative kids they wouldn’t even be at the football game makes sense cuz why would we go there like literally just being there I was just like oh God I see my younger self here just absolutely terrified of everyone and just seeing all like the social clicks again was

football’s not that serious this why would you say that because I just I I just can’t believe why so you really think like NFL is bigger than College logically yes that’s not how it works like you have to understand the fandom the tradition the Legacy it’s it’s a whole different ball game it’s much it’s like there’s College stadiums where there’s 100,000 people all standing the whole game like Texas A&M South Carolina when we play South Carolina 100K easy you went on that field you bled you sweat and you had
them tears how much money did you make while you when you when you played different because they have n they just they just did this like two years ago oh so you work for free you a sucker student athletes student athletes not you a sucker W you loser wow you did for free free labor can they get paid now oh they get paid now Carolina so here we are at my first tailgate uh his friends already set up and they were playing flip cup and I had no idea what was happening what What’s happen drink it drink it
flip it you see I went to music school and uh music kids we don’t really drink like that we do drugs what the hell yep so I just awkwardly bowed out and uh watched from the sidelines I still don’t even understand how this game is played but everyone else was having a good time and that was cool with me oh my God it’s a r then it was time to head to the stadium and I finally get it now oh my God what the heck help I knew it was going to be huge but I didn’t think it’d be this huge now I finally understand why he’s always like
oh I’m an athlete it’s like a [ __ ] NFL game but like Baker I feel everyone’s leaving cuz they lost you feel I mean I didn’t think we were going to win then we went to his aunt’s house so I could meet his family and she made us the best best vegan meal I have ever had in my entire life it’s been so cute watching him with his friends and watch him revert back to his like childlike College self he’s like you’re so cute like you’re just so cute and just nice to see you happy and like with your friends oh you look good in this

like just for basis or something dead ass I had no idea what I was about to walk into but the way this entrance was and the vibe I got from this place it almost felt like an amusement park what oh my God it’s huge is this what you used to ride to school is this is was this your vehicles oh my God there’s a waterfall everything fishing oh oh is that what the oh you’re joking okay it’s like the Disneyland of like country things walking through this place I was just bewildered by the she size the amount of
things that they sold in here look they had live bait I didn’t know there were so many different kinds of fishing poles you could choose from even the displays they’re just so artsy and beautiful and oh my gosh the biggest fish I have ever seen oh my God oh my God my precise reference oh my God hello I’ve never gone fishing before I’ve seen videos of people they’ll catch a fish and then they’ll like throw it back what’s that about well it’s too small oh if the if the fish are too small then you throw it back why cuz a lot of times
like it has to be in season and so when you go deep sea fishing you know especially if you go deep sea fishing a lot of times if something’s not in season or if it’s too small you got to throw it back you like let that little buddy live his life oh my God what oh babies for babies that is the first time in North Carolina that I’ve seen a dog inside the store so Firearms are completely illegal where I’m from so this part of the video is where you see me turn into a little [ __ ] ass beit okay I thought those were
real rifles for a second I’m like why what my God oh my God girl I was so freaked out and I don’t know why it’s not like the things could just activate and just they’re just inanimate objects behind a screen this was just a huge culture shock moment for me so I was just like oh my God that’s crazy that is crazy when you live in a city the only reason why you have a firearm is because you’re trying to do some crime or protect yourself from some crime I know just walking through that air just makes
me nervous like I’ve never seen like like guns just be sold like that before like I I know you could I’ve never seen that before so I saw this CBD store and I was like hey I was just going to forget about it but the nice lady working at the store was like come obviously the only natural response was oh sure why not and it is crazy you guys they pretty much have everything that you would have at a normal dispensary here in California except that it was delta8 or CBD TCA TCA it’s pretty it’s the same yeah it’s like a legal loophole
